Salary: ₹10,600.56 – ₹38,098.12 per month
Universal High School, Thane, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction for ISC curriculum students in Grades 10 through 12. This is a permanent, full-time role for an educator passionate about computer science and committed to fostering a strong conceptual foundation in programming and technology among senior secondary students.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and teaching computer science lessons aligned with the ISC syllabus, assessing student progress, and inspiring interest in computing fields through effective pedagogy and practical application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Computer Science lessons for ISC Grades 10–12.
• Teach programming concepts, software development, database management, networking, and other curriculum-aligned topics.
• Design and assess assignments, projects, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress.
• Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students, including preparation for board examinations.
• Stay updated with developments in computer science and educational technology to enhance teaching methods.
• Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum development as required.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for an experienced computer science educator with strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Certification: B.Ed. is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching ISC Computer Science to Grades 10–12 is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming knowledge and mastery of computer science fundamentals.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Work Location: In person at Universal High School, Thane.
