Job Description
As a Lab Program Coordinator, you will be the operational anchor for our school-based InnovationLab program. Your core responsibility is to ensure the seamless daily execution of Robotics, Coding, and AI classes within assigned schools. You will manage teachers, develop engaging curriculum materials, and serve as the vital link between our on-ground team, school administration, and headquarters to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train, manage, and correspond daily with teachers stationed in school InnovationLabs.
• Resolve operational challenges faced by teachers to ensure the program runs smoothly.
• Ensure teachers comply with school rules and report as full-time staff during school hours.
• Conduct regular school visits to liaise with the Principal and staff, monitoring class quality.
• Design and develop curriculum resources, including books and videos, using tools like Canva.
• Teach Robotics, Coding, Electronics, and supplementary classes to student groups or individuals.
• Delegate and oversee the creation of PR materials like video diaries and collages.
• Prepare and submit daily session reports and feedback summaries to Headquarters.
• Provide onboarding and continuous support to both new and existing partner schools.
• Aid in marketing the program to potential and existing school partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teachers and school officials.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities for daily operational management.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, resource creation, and instructional delivery.
• Proficiency with design and presentation software (e.g., Canva) and basic tech tools.
• Leadership skills to train, delegate tasks, and motivate a team of teachers.
• Problem-solving mindset to quickly address and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Ability to work independently, visit multiple school locations, and meet daily deadlines.
• A keen interest in Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and modern educational technology.
