Job Description
Rebloom Cosmedica is seeking a Content Creator with a strong dermatological background to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be the bridge between complex skincare science and compelling digital storytelling. Your primary focus (70%) will be creating accurate, engaging, and platform-optimized content, with a secondary focus (30%) on supporting medico-marketing and product strategy.
Content Creation (Primary – 70%): Own the ideation and creation of medical-led content for Instagram, YouTube, website, and ads. Translate dermatology science into easy-to-understand formats like myth-busters, ingredient breakdowns, and educational reels.
Digital Campaign Support: Provide scientific backing for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and doctor-led content. Review and validate external agency content for accuracy.
Medico-Marketing Support (Secondary – 30%): Assist the Product Marketing Team (PMT) with ingredient rationale, claims substantiation, label copy, and product positioning using medical insights.
Research & Trends: Track global derma and skincare trends, analyze competitor strategies, and use insights to recommend new content themes and product opportunities.
Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure medical accuracy across all creatives, packaging, and brand assets.
Training & Documentation: Support internal training on product science and maintain structured documentation of all content references and medical resources.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a creative professional with 2-4 years of experience in the derma-cosmetics space, possessing a unique blend of scientific knowledge and digital content creation skills. You must have a passion for storytelling and the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for a broad audience.
Educational background in B.Sc, B.Pharm, BDS, or a related medical/life sciences field.
2-4 years of experience in skincare, derma cosmetics, or wellness, with proven content creation experience.
Strong medical and skincare knowledge with exceptional attention to scientific accuracy.
Excellent content ideation, storytelling, and copywriting skills for digital platforms.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube) and content optimization.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
Prior exposure to medico-marketing or product communication is a strong advantage.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai for a work-from-office setup.
