We are looking for a highly creative and self-motivated Instagram Reel Maker to join our dynamic team. This role is central to enhancing our digital brand presence through engaging, trend-driven short-form video content. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle—from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing on Instagram and WhatsApp. This is a hands-on role for a content enthusiast passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and growing an online community.
• Role: Ideate, create, and publish compelling Instagram Reels and WhatsApp status videos to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage the full content cycle including planning a content calendar, shooting high-quality footage, editing with modern tools, and optimizing posts for maximum reach. Analyze performance to refine strategy.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and strategic objectives.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹22,000.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive content creator with a proven portfolio of engaging reels, strong technical editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends. We value creativity, independence, and a strategic approach to digital growth.
• Experience & Portfolio: 1 year of proven experience creating Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content. A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and production using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Strategic Understanding: Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithms, trends, and best practices for engagement. A basic understanding of digital branding is essential.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for content creation and communication.
• Personal Attributes: Must be highly creative, self-driven, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing, social media strategy, photography, or graphic design is a plus.
