Capsicum Mediaworks® is a Mumbai-based SEO agency specializing in result-driven digital solutions for clients across India and globally. We are looking for a Content Writer to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. This full-time, 100% onsite role involves creating, editing, and managing SEO-focused content that enhances online visibility and aligns with client brand communication. You will work closely with SEO specialists and designers in a dynamic agency environment.
Your core responsibilities will focus on producing and optimizing content for digital platforms. Key duties include:
• Writing and publishing engaging, SEO-friendly content across websites and digital channels.
• Editing, proofreading, and enhancing content to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Coordinating with managers to maintain tone and messaging alignment.
• Collaborating closely with the SEO team to optimize content performance and meet KPIs.
• Working with designers to create visually compelling and informative content.
• Auditing and tracking uploaded content, ensuring all elements are in place and reporting on content status.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented writer with hands-on agency experience, strong technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable with content management systems, data interpretation, and thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment.
Must-have qualifications:
• Maximum 2 years of relevant experience in a digital/SEO agency (mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and content uploading.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• High attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
• Ability to interpret data to support content decisions and optimizations.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
