Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Strategist / Scriptwriter to join our team in a remote, thinking-first role. Your primary focus will be developing high-quality, trust-building content for real estate clients across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Leveraging AI tools for efficiency, you will be responsible for the core ideation and writing—crafting video scripts, hooks, and posts—while our social and video teams handle execution and publishing.
Develop monthly content strategies and video topics for clients, aligned with audience psychology and authority-building goals.
Write engaging YouTube video outlines and scripts, Instagram Reel hooks, and repurposed LinkedIn post drafts.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate drafting while ensuring output is clear, tailored, and non-generic.
Ensure all content is easy for clients to deliver on-camera, logically structured, and relevant to a real estate audience.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and video editors, providing context and refining scripts based on feedback.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with 1-3 years of experience in content or scriptwriting, particularly for video. You must be adept at using AI as a creative assistant and have a strategic mindset focused on building trust and authority for service-based businesses.
1–3 years of professional experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or content strategy.
Excellent written English with the ability to structure information clearly for different platforms (YouTube, Reels, LinkedIn).
Proven experience writing video scripts and social media copy designed for engagement.
Comfortable and proficient using AI tools for ideation and drafting, with a keen eye for maintaining a natural, human tone.
Experience in real estate, local business, or high-ticket service marketing is highly preferred.
Strategic thinker who understands trust-building content over purely viral content.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
