Dermatrix is a leading clinical aesthetic and hair restoration provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and advanced dermatological solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and clinically skilled Clinic Manager & Senior Consultant to oversee daily clinical operations, manage a team of therapists, and ensure the highest standards of patient experience and treatment execution. This role combines clinical expertise, operational management, and client relationship skills to drive both patient outcomes and clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily morning meetings with the coordination team to review patient schedules, discuss clinical details, and allocate patients to therapists based on skills and schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales & CRM teams during morning briefings to identify potential patient care packages and revenue opportunities.
• Perform new patient consultations, taking detailed medical histories, understanding patient concerns, and recommending the most suitable treatment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through consistent, professional follow-up discussions to foster trust, comfort, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Plan and oversee hair transplant and other medical procedures, ensuring pre- and post-procedure instructions are clearly communicated and followed.
• Supervise a team of therapists, monitoring their daily performance, hygiene, and compliance with clinical SOPs.
• Ensure all post-procedure care is properly administered and follow-up visits/calls are scheduled to assess treatment outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Medical degree (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS) or a relevant degree in Dermatology/Aesthetic Medicine.
• Previous experience in a clinical supervisory or managerial role within dermatology, aesthetics, or hair restoration.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient management, and health & safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient consultations and team coordination.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and oversee clinic operations.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation, patient notes, and treatment records.
