Job Description

We are seeking a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to represent the prestigious RADO luxury watch brand. In this role, you will be the face of our boutique, entrusted with delivering an exceptional luxury experience to our discerning clientele while upholding the brand’s high standards of excellence and service. You will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting customer relationships in a premium retail environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming customers warmly and providing a seamless, luxury boutique experience.
• Understanding customer preferences to expertly recommend suitable RADO timepieces.
• Clearly explaining product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and warranty details.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Accurately handling billing, POS operations, and payment processing.
• Maintaining impeccable display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assisting with stock handling, inventory coordination, and accurate record-keeping.
• Professionally managing customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
• Building long-term client relationships and maintaining detailed customer records.
• Strictly adhering to company SOPs, brand guidelines, and professional grooming standards.

You must possess a customer-first mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the responsibility to handle high-value merchandise. The required qualifications and skills include:
• Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is preferred).
• Pleasing personality with impeccable professional grooming and presentation.
• Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or premium brands is preferred.
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a passion for luxury sales may also apply.
• Desired attributes include being sales-driven, detail-oriented, trustworthy, patient, and a positive team player.
