Job Description
Join Kharawala Products, a family-run importer and wholesaler of dry fruits with a legacy since 1989, as a Counter Sales Executive in Navi Mumbai. This permanent, on-site role involves direct customer interaction, order processing, and supporting overall sales operations. You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and product information at the counter.
• Handle direct customer sales at the counter, explaining product quality, generating sales bills, and processing payments.
• Manage and process orders received through various channels including WhatsApp, the company website, and online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with service providers for marketplace orders and assist with the packing of dry fruits as needed.
• Maintain basic records and utilize digital tools for order tracking and customer communication.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a reliable individual with basic computer skills and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn about our products are essential.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to speak, read, and write basic English for customer interaction and order processing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email for daily tasks.
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tasks like billing, packing, and multi-channel order coordination.
• Must be available for full-time, in-person work at our location in Navi Mumbai.
