Job Description
Kharawala Products, a trusted importer and wholesaler of dry fruits in business since 1989, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our family-run operation. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, handling end-to-end sales operations. Your responsibilities will span from customer interaction and order processing to payment handling and basic logistical support, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Handling customer sales by explaining product quality, features, and assisting with purchase decisions.
• Generating accurate sales bills and processing customer payments.
• Managing and processing orders received through WhatsApp, our website, and various online marketplaces.
• Coordinating with external service providers related to marketplace operations.
• Assisting with the packing of dry fruit products as and when required to support operations.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with basic computer literacy, strong attention to detail, and a customer-friendly approach. You should be comfortable in a hands-on, family-business environment where multitasking and a willingness to support various tasks are essential. • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail support role.
• Ability to speak, read, and write basic English for clear customer communication.
• Practical working knowledge of reading emails and using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• A diligent, honest, and team-oriented work ethic.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a traditional, hands-on business setting.
