Job Description
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to represent the esteemed RADO luxury watch brand. In this role, you will be the face of our boutique, responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer desires, and expertly guiding them through our collection of premium timepieces, all while upholding the brand’s distinguished standards and achieving set sales objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing a warm, professional welcome and cultivating a premium boutique atmosphere for all customers.
Understanding customer preferences and expertly recommending suitable RADO watches.
Clearly articulating product features, craftsmanship, pricing, warranty details, and brand value.
Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
Accurately handling billing, POS operations, and various payment methods.
Maintaining impeccable store presentation, including visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
Assisting with stock management, inventory coordination, and inward-outward documentation.
Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and resolving any concerns with finesse.
Building long-term client relationships and maintaining accurate customer records.
Adhering strictly to company SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with a sales-driven mindset and a passion for luxury products. You should possess a professional demeanor and thrive in a high-standard retail environment.
The required qualifications are:
Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is preferred).
Pleasing personality with impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
Strong customer service, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or premium brands is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for luxury sales are also encouraged to apply.
