Brandmaker333 is seeking an organized and proactive Creative Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, permanent role is designed to support the creative team by managing workflows, coordinating projects across design, video, and content, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. With 1–3 years of experience, you will be the essential link between creative execution, project timelines, and team collaboration.
Your core responsibilities will focus on project coordination, communication, and quality assurance. Key duties include:
• Coordinating with designers, writers, and video teams to execute creative projects efficiently.
• Managing project timelines, tracking tasks, revisions, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assisting in brainstorming sessions, brief development, and content planning.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• Supporting client and internal communication to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, effective communicator with a basic understanding of creative workflows and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must-have qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably within a creative agency, marketing team, or related field.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of creative processes across design, video, and content.
• Attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred experience:
• Experience in client coordination or project management within a creative setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
