Job Description
We are seeking a writer-first Creative Copywriter & Content Strategist for a full-time, six-days-a-week role based in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who creates long-term content IPs and compelling narratives, not just social media posts. You will be the guardian of language and storytelling, responsible for producing sharp, high-quality copy in English and Hindi that drives engagement and builds brand identity across key platforms.
• Position: Full-time Creative Copywriter & Content Strategist.
• Location: In-person, Goregaon West, Mumbai (6-day work week).
• Core Responsibility: Write and strategize high-impact social media copy and content campaigns.
• Key Duties: Craft persuasive copy for Twitter/X and LinkedIn; repurpose content intelligently; identify and engage influencers; contribute to creative strategy and campaign thinking.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, editors, and the content team for seamless execution, and assist with in-house shoot coordination.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of exceptional copywriting experience with a portfolio demonstrating sharp English and Hindi writing, storytelling prowess, and strategic thinking. You must possess a strong command of social-first language and the ability to translate brand objectives into creative content strategies. We need a proactive self-starter, not a trend-dependent creator or someone requiring constant supervision.
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional copywriting experience (2-4 years total experience preferred).
• Core Skills: Exceptional English & Hindi writing, storytelling, and editing skills. Ability to think in creative strategies and content ideas.
• Platform Expertise: Proven experience creating engaging content for Twitter/X and LinkedIn.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative judgment, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with a team.
• Preferred: Experience with D2C/consumer brands, campaign thinking, or building content IPs.
