We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing customized systems and solutions tailored to specific client requirements and project scopes.
• Meticulously documenting and tracking the entire design and development lifecycle.
• Interacting directly with clients to gather detailed requirements, manage expectations, and provide engineering guidance.
• Potentially traveling to client sites for solution implementation, support, and relationship building.
• Establishing realistic timelines and development goals for assigned projects and taking full ownership of delivery.
• Guiding clients towards industry best practices and recommending optimal engineering approaches.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundational knowledge and a passion for applying engineering principles to real-world challenges. This position is specifically targeted at freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience: This role is for Freshers; no prior professional experience is necessary.
• Core Skills: A strong understanding of mechanical design concepts, basic engineering fundamentals, and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Technical Proficiency (Preferred): Knowledge and proficiency in any 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks) and 2D CAD software (like AutoCAD) is a significant advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Must be proactive, eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills for client interaction, and be willing to travel as needed.
