Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This permanent, full-time role focuses on backend sales support, ensuring our CRM system is accurate and actively supporting lead generation. You will be the vital link between data management and our sales team’s success, utilizing telecalling and digital tools to drive our sales pipeline forward.
• Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM systems with high accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct outbound telecalling for lead generation, qualification, and setting up follow-ups for the sales team.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and CRM reports to track sales performance and lead conversion metrics.
• Coordinate closely with field sales and management to ensure data alignment and support sales
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy graduate with strong computer skills and excellent telephonic communication. You should be process-oriented, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a supportive, backend sales environment. Proficiency in required languages is essential for effective customer interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in backend sales support, CRM handling, or telecalling (B2B/MSME experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, pivot tables) and comfort with CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (all required).
• Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with high attention to data accuracy.
