You will be the key link between our clients and internal teams, focusing on recovery processes while maintaining strong customer relations.
• Your primary responsibility will be managing the CRM system and coordinating effectively with clients to address their queries and concerns.
• You will be responsible for conducting regular and systematic follow-ups with clients to facilitate payment recovery and ensure financial commitments are met.
• A key part of your role involves close coordination with the sales and accounts departments to streamline the recovery process and resolve discrepancies.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities, client communications, and payment statuses.
