• Provide customer support through Chat and Email in a Non-Voice Process.
• Process customer requests and transactions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance overall process efficiency.
• Adapt willingly to changing work processes, business needs, and rotational schedules.
• Uphold compliance with all company policies and defined quality standards.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:
• A graduate degree in any discipline. Freshers (0-1 year of experience) are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed/accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and rotating weekly offs.
• Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
