We are Fubs, an emerging E-commerce Fashion Brand specializing in high-quality Imitation Jewelry (www.fubs.in). Our mission is to bring joy to our customers with beautiful, accessible products. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, directly responsible for managing customer interactions through chat, ensuring every inquiry is met with a prompt, helpful, and friendly response to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and resolving customer queries and service inquiries primarily through live chat and other digital channels.
Actively listening to and identifying customer needs to provide personalized and effective solutions within defined time limits.
Keeping accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system.
Upholding our brand promise by ensuring a positive, empathetic, and professional experience for every customer.
Collaborating with the team to improve overall customer service processes and knowledge base
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a graduate with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. The ideal candidate is patient, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
The required qualifications are:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Customer Support, Customer Care, or similar customer-facing role.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in using a laptop and navigating various software/chat platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
A customer-centric mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Must currently reside in or around the Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune area.
