We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to connect with prospective clients, promote our matrimony services, and convert leads into successful paid memberships. Key Responsibilities:
Calling & Sales:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and diligently follow up with interested clients.
Clearly explain our matrimony services, membership plans, and benefits.
Convert inquiries into paid registrations and memberships.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Customer Handling & Registration:
Guide customers step-by-step through the registration and profile creation process.
Professionally resolve basic customer queries and objections.
Maintain strong post-call follow-up to build rapport and improve conversion rates.
Data Management & Reporting:
Accurately update call details, lead status, and remarks in the company CRM/system.
Maintain precise records of registrations, payments, and follow-up schedules.
Prepare and share daily activity and sales reports with the reporting manager.
Skill Requirement
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in [mention languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Prior experience in tele-sales, B2C sales, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM use.
Patient, empathetic, and a good listener.
