Key Responsibilities:
• Contact interested customers via phone to explain detailed property information and schedule site visits.
• Act as the main point of coordination between buyers and sellers to arrange mutually convenient appointment times.
• Confirm all scheduled site visits with both parties and conduct follow-up calls to ensure plans are on track.
• Accurately update and maintain records of all call outcomes and visit statuses in the designated system.
• Facilitate smooth communication to ensure a positive experience for all clients throughout the coordination process.
