Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success professional to lead our customer engagement and team coordination efforts. In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for managing team activities while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer journey. You will oversee customer onboarding, experience management, and lifecycle strategies—from activation to retention and recovery—to build strong, lasting relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading team management, activity monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
• Managing the entire customer lifecycle: activation, retention, interaction, and recovery initiatives.
• Designing and executing smooth customer onboarding processes and ongoing experience management.
• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and enhance satisfaction.
• Utilizing data and feedback to implement improvements in customer engagement strategies.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent listening skills, a natural leader, and a customer-centric mindset. You should be adept at using data to guide decisions, skilled in interpersonal communication, and fluent in English with solid Excel proficiency to manage reporting and customer insights effectively.

We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and total work experience.
• Proven experience in customer management, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Excellent English speaking, writing, and listening skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership capabilities with team management or supervisory exposure.
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
