Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team for a Night Shift role focused on customer engagement and program enrollment. This full-time, in-person position involves managing direct communication with customers to explain our services, facilitate their enrollment, and ensure a smooth documentation process. You will be the key point of contact, guiding customers through the program and maintaining accurate records to support ongoing relationships.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to explain program details and enroll interested customers.
• Guiding customers through the enrollment process and gathering necessary documentation.
• Following up with prospects to answer questions and move them toward enrollment.
• Sending follow-up emails and text messages to customers as needed.
• Accurately maintaining and updating all customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working night hours and can manage both customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently. A customer-oriented approach and good organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• A minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Proficiency in English, with clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability and willingness to work the night shift consistently.
• Basic computer literacy for managing CRM, emails, and customer documentation.
• A patient and persuasive phone manner with good listening skills.
