Job Description
This is a full-time, night shift position requiring excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in customer outreach and program management by handling direct interactions to explain services, enroll clients, and ensure a smooth documentation process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers effectively, manage their journey from initial contact to enrollment, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers and prospects.
• Clearly explain program details, benefits, and requirements to potential customers.
• Successfully guide interested customers through the enrollment process.
• Gather and verify all necessary documents from customers to complete enrollment.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Send professional emails and text messages to customers for communication and reminders.
• Accurately update and maintain all customer records and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a diligent and communicative individual who is comfortable working night shifts and can manage customer relationships with clarity and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for emailing, texting, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documents and CRM records.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.
• A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) certificate is preferred.
