Job Description

We are actively hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our US market to work from our Goregaon (E) office. This role is critical for driving our business growth in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing sales pipelines, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and sales strategies. This position requires working during US business hours to ensure optimal client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new sales leads for the US market through proactive outreach and research.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients in the US, effectively communicating product/service value.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure, building and nurturing client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on market feedback.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with specific experience in international markets, particularly the US. You must possess excellent communication skills with a neutral English accent and be comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. A proven track record in lead generation and sales is essential.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years of total work experience with at least 1 year in an international voice process (US/UK/Australia).
• Sales Experience: Proven experience as a BDE or in lead generation/sales specifically for the US, UK, or Australian market.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral English accent.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales tools.
• Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
