We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage front-desk operations in our Gold Loan branches located in Ambernath, Ulwe, Kalyan East, and Virar. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting with loan processing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth daily branch operations.
Skill Requirement
Candidates must be graduates (any stream). Freshers or those with 0–1 year of experience in an NBFC are welcome. The role requires a dedicated, customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow company policies and procedures in a branch environment.
