Job Description
Join our leading international BPO team providing customer service support to a US client. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, provide accurate product and service information, and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers for service-related queries.
Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, and basic account-related questions.
Own customer issues end-to-end by logging, following up, and closing cases within defined timelines.
Maintain call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction scores as per process standards.
Follow defined scripts, compliance norms, and data security guidelines on every interaction.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking candidates with excellent English communication skills and prior international voice process experience.
Required Competencies:
Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate before joining.
Recent international voice experience in a BPO/call center is mandatory.
Preference for candidates with US customer service/US voice process experience.
Excellent spoken English – neutral accent, clear articulation, and confident communication.
Graduate or 10+2 with relevant BPO experience.
Must pass the Versant Test (score 80+). No external assistance or AI tools are allowed during the assessment.
