We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for multiple Senior Customer Service Executive roles with esteemed organizations in Thane, Airoli, and Malad. These positions are within international BPO processes, including US Banking and Financial Services, Australian Telecom, as well as Technical Support and Airline processes. • Handle inbound voice processes for international clients, including US Banking, Australian Telecom, Technical Support, and Airline inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and efficient resolution to customer queries while adhering to process guidelines.
• Work fixed night shifts (US and Australian processes) with a 5-day work week and 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets set by the organization.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with at least one year of experience in an international BPO voice process. You must be comfortable working night shifts and possess the resilience to handle customer interactions professionally. A HSC pass qualification combined with your proven BPO background will be the foundation for success in these client-facing roles.

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in an International BPO voice process is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work permanent night shifts for US and Australian processes (no day shifts).
• Educational Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or equivalent is required.
• Customer Focus: A patient and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to resolving customer issues effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage queries across different processes like banking, telecom, or technical support.
