As a Customer Support Executive at SimplyTrip, you will ensure exceptional end-to-end travel experiences, managing bookings, resolving queries, and handling complaints. This role in a fast-growing travel startup involves rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, over a 6-day workweek. Skill Requirement
You must have at least 1 year of telephonic customer service experience and be minimum 12th pass (English medium preferred). Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential, with additional languages a plus.
