Job Description
Neeco, a global ICT services provider with operations in over 160 countries, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our India team. In this 24/7 shift-based role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, utilizing your technical and communication skills to ensure their requirements are met efficiently. You will work within a supportive team, with training and guidance provided to help you succeed in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of client accounts and Neeco’s service portfolio to provide accurate support.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively managing and meeting their defined service requirements.
Perform a variety of coordination duties to facilitate seamless service delivery and support operational workflows.
Collaborate with the global team, including the on-site team leader in India, to maintain service quality and consistency.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a communicative and organized professional with a strong technical inclination and proven customer service experience. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a shift-based environment that requires constant use of English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an ICT or technical environment.
Minimum 2 years of foundational knowledge or experience in Networking and general ICT concepts.
Technical certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, or CCNA are a significant advantage.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends (some shifts may be remote).
