Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with prior customer support experience, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer support or service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor when handling customer concerns.
Proficiency with customer support software, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required.
