SupraDigit Solutions Private Limited, an IT company dedicated to developing world-class healthcare software, is offering a structured internship for dynamic individuals passionate about customer success and technology. This in-office role in Mumbai is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure to post-sales support, customer relationship management, and product operations within a professional software environment. Successful performance during this 3-month internship may lead to a full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare software products, their features, and user workflows.
Manage the customer onboarding process post-sales to ensure a smooth and successful start.
Handle inbound customer support queries via calls and messages, providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct proactive outreach to customers to gather feedback on product usage and satisfaction.
Assist the sales and operations teams by communicating customer priorities for key product updates.
Contribute to creating customer help resources, including documentation and instructional videos.
Support the marketing team by assisting with copy for product campaigns and communications.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking motivated, communicative, and organized candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in customer-facing roles within the IT/software sector. The ideal intern is a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
A completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of IT software services and products.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
A proactive, customer-centric attitude with the ability to manage issues independently.
