Job Description
NeoDocs is a fast-growing health-tech startup focused on making at-home diagnostics simple, fast, and accessible. This role involves proactive customer engagement, order verification, sales support, and delivering high-quality service across calls, chats, and emails. The position is full-time and based in IIT–Bombay, Maharashtra.
• Call customers to verify and reconfirm online orders
• Promote new offers, features, and seasonal promotions
• Reduce cancellations by resolving doubts and suggesting products
• Handle ad-related inquiries and guide customers to purchase
• Maintain customer interaction logs and feedback
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-volume interactions. Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail are essential to maintain service quality and improve conversions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Experience in customer calling or sales support
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle objections and resolve concerns calmly
• Basic documentation and CRM handling skills
• Willingness to work full-time, in-person
