We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive support experience. Your clear communication and empathetic approach will be key to building customer trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding company products, services, warranties, and policies.
• Log, track, and escalate customer complaints as needed, following up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Accurately update and maintain customer interaction records in the company’s CRM system.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance targets related to Turnaround Time (TAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established processes and guidelines.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
