Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team and act as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information. Your focus will be on building trust and ensuring complete customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer queries across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional, polite, and efficient manner.
• Providing precise information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records for follow-up.
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal department.
• Proactively following up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a patient and empathetic problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You should possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, manage your time effectively, and maintain a consistently positive and helpful attitude. Prior experience in handling Demat accounts or Insurance-related queries is a significant advantage for this role.

Required skills and qualifications include:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a local language.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard customer support tools and software.
• Patience and professionalism when handling diverse customer personalities and situations.
• Good time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is a plus.
