WeWake, India’s premier online Vedic wisdom consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive. You will be the crucial link ensuring seamless client experiences for global users of our astrology consultations, courses, and community Poojas. This role involves end-to-end coordination of online sessions and delivering exceptional multichannel support.
Your core mission will be to facilitate smooth client journeys and maintain high service standards. You will manage all post-session processes and act as the frontline point of contact, providing timely solutions and maintaining meticulous records to support team goals.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic professional with 1-2 years of experience in a BPO/KPO or similar customer-facing environment. You must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
