We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Support Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is central to ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels, providing accurate information, and documenting interactions professionally. Your goal is to deliver timely, effective support that fosters trust and satisfaction, contributing directly to our service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our products, services, and policies to customers.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions and case details.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal department for further action.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in managing Demat Accounts or Insurance queries.
