We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, in-office role involves providing real-time technical support to our international clients across the UK, US, and Australia, ensuring their software and hardware systems operate seamlessly.

• Pay Range: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month (Plus shift allowance)
• Core Objective: To deliver exceptional, real-time technical support to global clients, troubleshoot issues effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve client queries online in real time for international markets.
• Diagnose and differentiate between software and hardware issues.
• Escalate complex issues to line managers and track bug fixes through to resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements based on client feedback.
• Mandatory Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English (Required).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides.
• Must reside in Mumbai and reliably commute to Andheri East.
• Available to work day, evening, and night shifts with flexible week-offs.
• Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
• Experience in customer support is a plus; openings also exist for team leaders/managers.
• Benefits & Schedule: Includes Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, Provident Fund, and a shift allowance. Schedule involves rotating shifts (Day/Evening/Night).
