Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a specialization in process and workflow automation to join our team in Pune. This full-time, in-person role is designed for a professional who can transform raw data into actionable insights and automate analytical processes for maximum efficiency and impact. You will be a key player in building automated reporting systems, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage automated data analytics solutions that improve business intelligence, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• You will be tasked with designing and building robust data pipelines and ETL processes to automate the collection, processing, and delivery of key datasets from various sources.
• A core function of the role involves creating and maintaining self-service dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• You will also be expected to identify opportunities for automation within existing analytical workflows and lead projects to enhance our data infrastructure and reduce manual effort.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a data expert with a proven track record in implementing automation solutions. You must possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in relevant tools and programming languages, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Core Experience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics is required, with demonstrable expertise in building and deploying automation for data processes (ETL, reporting, dashboards).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL for data querying and manipulation and Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) are essential. Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow is a major plus.
• Visualization & BI Tools: Proficiency in at least one major data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for creating automated, interactive dashboards.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to understand business problems, design analytical solutions, and communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
