Job Description
This full-time, permanent role is for a detail-oriented professional specializing in data analysis and reporting for Indian Export and Import operations. Based in Panvel, Maharashtra, you will be the central point for managing raw trade data and transforming it into actionable insights. You will provide critical support to the sales team and other departments by preparing comprehensive reports and ensuring data accuracy.
Core Function: Manage, analyze, and report on Indian Export and Import raw data to support business decisions.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare various analytical reports, including pivot tables, and create detailed MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Team Support: Actively support the sales team and other departments by providing specific data and insights as per their requirements.
Data Management : Handle and process exhibitors’ data and other datasets as needed by the organization.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proficient Excel expert with a strong analytical mindset and experience in data entry. You must be meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently to deliver accurate reports in a timely manner.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a strict requirement. Must be adept at using Pivot Tables, H-lookup, V-lookup, and complex formulas.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in data entry or data analysis roles.
• Ability to prepare and manage MIS reports and interpret raw trade data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze export/import raw data and generate structured reports.
• Create and maintain pivot tables and dashboards for business tracking.
• Provide timely data support to the sales team and for exhibitor-related tasks.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and delivered within deadlines.
