Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our finance team as an Invoice and Data Entry Operator. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be responsible for managing invoice data, ensuring timely processing, and supporting the organization of essential financial records.

Accurately enter, verify, and manage invoice data into the designated accounting system.

Meticulously cross-check invoice details for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.

Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical financial records and documents.

Collaborate proactively with finance and operations teams to ensure the timely and smooth processing of invoices.

Provide support for basic data management tasks and general administrative duties as required by the team.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is meticulous, possesses a foundational understanding of financial documentation, and is proficient with office software. A team-oriented approach and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or invoice management is preferred.

A Certificate as a Data Entry Operator is a strong advantage.

Basic understanding of invoices, billing cycles, and fundamental accounting principles.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data entry or accounting software.

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently.
