We are seeking detail-oriented candidates with a medical background to join our team in a full-time role that combines in-person collaboration with work-from-home flexibility. This position involves processing and summarizing medical documents, requiring a strong grasp of medical terminology and the ability to extract key information accurately.
• Your primary responsibility will be to review, process, and accurately summarize medical documents, ensuring all key details are captured concisely and correctly.
• You will utilize your medical knowledge to interpret and transcribe clinical information, maintaining high standards of clarity and precision.
• A key part of the role is to judge comprehension and summarization skills through practical assessments, ensuring alignment with quality and accuracy benchmarks.
• You will contribute to a team focused on medical documentation, where attention to detail and subject-matter expertise are essential for successful task completion.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate has formal education or work experience in a medical field and possesses strong typing and comprehension skills. You must be able to efficiently process specialized content while adhering to quality standards.
• Mandatory Background: Candidates must be from a medical background (e.g., Doctors, Pharmacy, Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, or a degree in Life Sciences).
• Technical Proficiency: A typing speed of 40–50 words per minute (WPM) is required. Ability to summarize medical documents clearly to demonstrate comprehension.
• Assessment & Rounds: Must clear a general interview round and a practical assessment involving the summarization of a medical document.
• Logistics: This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model (work from home and in person as required).
