Job Description
We are hiring a responsible and dedicated Delivery & Installation Executive for medical equipment. This critical role involves the complete lifecycle management of medical devices, from our Vidyavihar warehouse to the patient’s home and back. You will be responsible for the safe transportation, professional installation, and basic training of essential medical equipment at patient residences, ensuring they are set up correctly and collected safely after use. This position requires a service-oriented individual who can represent our company with care and professionalism in sensitive home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up medical equipment (CPAP, BiPAP, hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, etc.) from the company warehouse in Vidyavihar.
• Safely deliver equipment to patient locations and install/set it up correctly.
• Provide clear, basic instructions on equipment usage to patients or their caregivers.
• Schedule and execute timely pickups of equipment from patients after the rental period ends.
• Handle all medical devices with utmost care to prevent any damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for all deliveries, installations, and pickups.
• Coordinate daily schedules with the operations team and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

We are looking for a physically fit, reliable, and empathetic individual who understands the importance of handling medical equipment with precision. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, possesses good interpersonal skills for patient interaction, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• Physical Ability: Must be physically fit to lift, move, and transport heavy medical equipment.
• Attitude: Willingness to learn the installation and operation of various medical devices. Must be responsible, punctual, and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Communication: Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or local languages to interact clearly and patiently with patients and caregivers.
• Logistics: Should be comfortable with on-road travel and managing delivery schedules efficiently.
• Experience: Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or handling technical/medical equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
