Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Dermatology Sales Representative (preferred Female candidates) to champion our range of premium Korean beauty products in Mumbai. In this role, you will be the key link between our innovative skincare line and the medical community, directly engaging with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics. Your mission will be to build trusted relationships, demonstrate the clinical efficacy of our products, and drive significant sales growth by converting medical professionals into brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and target dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics across Mumbai to promote our specialized Korean skincare portfolio.
• Conduct impactful in-person visits, product demonstrations, and presentations that highlight clinical benefits, key ingredients, and the science behind our products.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand loyalty and generate referrals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic negotiation, deal closure, and effective upselling.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of skincare science and the medical aesthetics market. You must possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive presence, and a genuine passion for beauty and dermatology. A proven ability to navigate the medical sales landscape is crucial.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals, medical skincare, or beauty products targeting healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols. Familiarity with Korean beauty is a significant advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of client interactions in this field.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is beneficial.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and possess a customer-first, results-oriented approach.
