Job Description
We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content for various platforms—from social media and packaging to video scripts and brand campaigns—and driving performance across key digital channels. Your core focus will be to execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for social media, product descriptions, packaging, video scripts, and brand campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google, Facebook, and Instagram channels for performance marketing.
Run and improve Facebook Lead Generation and Remarketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and analyze Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance campaign performance and ROAS.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Facebook, supported by a certification in Digital Marketing.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
6 months – 1 year of experience managing Google and Facebook Ads.
Certification in Digital Marketing (required).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Creative mindset with attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
