Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our fast-paced start-up environment. This hybrid role is central to achieving our ambitious growth goals. You will be responsible for building our digital presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through a mix of content creation, social media strategy, and proactive outreach. You will articulate our value proposition across all channels and play a key role in converting interest into tangible business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to articulate the company’s positioning and services, creating compelling content for the website and social media channels.
• Generate and maintain a robust lead database using industry forums, networks, and digital tools.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Leverage social media (especially LinkedIn) for brand storytelling, lead generation, and nurturing prospects.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to address their specific pain points.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and solutions team to qualify leads and support the conversion process.
• Consistently meet and exceed aggressive lead generation and engagement targets.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in inside sales and digital marketing, preferably within the software or FinTech services space. You must be an excellent communicator, adept at social media growth hacking, and thrive in an ambiguous, evolving start-up environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of proven inside sales experience in the domestic or international software services market, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, content creation, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent phone presence and experience making high-volume outbound calls (10-15 per day).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity, CRM, and web presentation tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social media storytelling and growth hacking techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance, manage uncertainty, and adapt to rapidly evolving goals.
