Ad2brand, Pune’s premier Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about building brands and executing impactful digital strategies. You will work closely with our marketing department to develop and implement campaigns across SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, and more, helping our clients achieve measurable growth and engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and PPC.
• Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
• Creating and overseeing engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Managing website content and ensuring ongoing SEO optimization.
• Planning and executing influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
• Tracking KPIs to measure effectiveness and support reporting.
• Assisting in budget planning and allocation for digital activities.
• Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, a passion for the industry, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers and recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply).
• Solid understanding of core marketing techniques and digital channels.
• Familiarity with marketing software, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of online marketing applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Creative thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a team.
