Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven E-Commerce Executive to supercharge our online marketplace presence and drive growth across quick-commerce channels. In this role, you will manage our digital storefronts with precision, oversee day-to-day operations, and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize sales. You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order flow and elevate our overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and optimize operations across multiple quick-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
• Oversee and enhance product listings by collaborating with internal and external teams for quality and consistency.
• Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer reviews to ensure a superior shopping experience.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an analytically minded professional with 0–3 years of e-commerce experience, a strong understanding of quick-commerce models, and a passion for digital sales. You should be a proactive multitasker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related digital role.
• Strong knowledge of quick-commerce operations, digital sales strategies, and platform management (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
