Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces. Based in our Goregaon, Mumbai office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CliQ, and Myntra. Your role is crucial in optimizing listings, ensuring inventory health, and driving sales through strategic coordination and analysis.
• Manage daily operations on all e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CliQ, Myntra, etc.).
• Execute cataloging, image uploads, content verification, and maintain overall listing hygiene.
• Coordinate proactively with marketplace account managers for promotions and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports and manage timely stock replenishment.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends and execute strategies to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for Purchase Order deliveries, inbound/outbound logistics.
• Update pricing and inventory levels across all platforms and prepare Purchase Orders (POs)

You should possess strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset for business analysis, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to drive online growth.
• Proven experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other major Indian e-commerce portals.
• Proficiency in catalog management, listing optimization, and content hygiene.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and business analysis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with account managers and warehouses.
• Competence in inventory management, price updates, and purchase order processing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel for report preparation and data analysis.
