We are on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager / E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to supercharge our online presence and manage our digital storefronts. In this full-time role based in Navi Mumbai, you will be instrumental in driving growth across quick-commerce and traditional marketplace platforms. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to enhance product visibility, optimize customer experience, and maximize sales performance through data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive growth and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all quick-commerce channels and online marketplaces.
• Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
• Oversee and optimize product listings by collaborating with internal and external teams for quality and consistency.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and overall platform health to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure seamless order fulfillment and proactively resolve customer escalations to maintain high service standards.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive e-commerce professional with a strong grasp of marketplace dynamics, quick commerce models, and digital sales strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales. *(Job details specify 3 years required for E-Commerce Manager title).*
