Your core mission will be to provide expert guidance while confidently driving enrollments. You will be the primary point of contact, managing the student journey from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing expert counseling to students on overseas education opportunities, with a focus on destinations like Germany.
• Effectively promoting our services, converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments, and confidently following up with leads to close sales.
• Guiding students through the entire admission process, including university selection, application procedures, and documentation.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding assigned monthly sales targets while contributing to team growth objectives.
• Maintaining accurate student records and managing follow-ups efficiently using CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Requirements:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the education or overseas consultancy sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Familiarity with CRM software and tools like Excel/Google Sheets is necessary.
• Mindset: A strong sales orientation with a passion for education and a proven ability to work towards and achieve targets.
